  • Relentless Execution & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand client workflows. You provide the context and rationale for product decisions when questions arise.
  • Quality Gatekeeping: Use your "product sense" to review designs. If usability or execution quality falls short, you address it before release. We do not ship mediocrity.
  • Strategic Account & Scope Management
  • Scope Discipline: You manage the balance between client requests and delivery commitments—pushing back diplomatically while protecting time and quality.
  • Bilingual Bridge: Act as the primary link between Mandarin‑ and English‑spea

Requirements

  • - **Language Fluency:** Native or professional fluency in **Mandarin and English** is essential.

  • - **Technical Fluency:** You can engage credibly with engineering. You understand APIs and system architecture enough to assess trade-offs.

  • - **Relevant Experience:** 2–5+ years in Delivery Management, PM, or Product Ops, ideally supporting enterprise B2B clients.
