Engineering Manager

• Perform at a high level and lead your team in efficiently building solutions to revolutionize the banking experience at some of the industry leading financial institutions.
• Coach, mentor, guide, and motivate a team of engineers from different backgrounds.
• Help your team(s) deliver code in a high trust environment using agile ceremonies, with a strong connection with stakeholders.
• Drive predictable outcomes by overseeing the team’s planning, managing resource allocation and ensuring the team's work is tied to clear objectives and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with the engineering leadership team to define, implement and champion dept-wide standards and processes.
• Contribute to the collaborative on-call rotation, supporting the systems and ensuring application availability/reliability.

Project Manager

• Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple large-scale enterprise projects within a SaaS environment.
• Primarily responsible for driving success across enterprise customer projects, with the flexibility to pivot to other high-priority projects as resource-capacity, urgency, and business needs dictate.
• Responsible for defining the scope, goals, and deliverables in close partnership with our senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
• As the central point of contact for all project communication, you'll be the bridge between internal Coconut teams.
• Provide regular, concise, and accurate status updates to all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member is empowered to contribute.
• Ensure every project aligns with our company's business goals and strategic priorities.
• Seek to elevate our project delivery processes and demonstrate resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges, guiding your team to navigate obstacles with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ensure overall project delivery on product and feature requirements meet the scope, budget, and quality expectations as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Champion a culture of service excellence by ensuring all interactions and deliverables reflect our commitment to high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Enterprise Project Manager – Contract

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the preparation and review of monthly financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure accurate SaaS revenue recognition under ASPE.
• Assist with annual audit, tax filings, and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and uphold internal controls.
• Support monthly close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards, and reporting to provide clear financial insights.
• Partner with department leaders to coordinate and consolidate inputs for the annual budget.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends to support decision-making.
• Build and refine financial models to guide business decisions.
• Optimize and implement accounting & FP&A systems to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align financial plans with business priorities.
• Lead or contribute to process improvements that streamline reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc financial insights and support special projects as needed.
