About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support Cochlear’s continued growth and commitment to customer service
- prospecting for opportunities with new and existing customers with focus on the Acoustics product portfolio
- demonstrate successful relationship building with surgical partners
- demonstrate credibility with key accounts
- provide clinical expertise to Cochlear professional customers
- maintaining an in-depth product knowledge of both CI and Baha internal product offerings
- effectively sell and position Cochlear product features and brand benefits
- maintain strong relationships with professional providers
- work collaboratively with colleagues in your market and cross-functionally with other corporate teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Device Sales experience or specialty pharma experience
- 2 years’ experience in sales planning, carrying a revenue number, budgeting and/or forecasting
- Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly effective presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must meet all credentialing requirements to obtain hospital and surgical center access
