- The Specialist Social & Content will be at the forefront of executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across web and social media.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team and other stakeholders will enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure a seamless and user-focused experience.
- Use data analysis to monitor regional performance, and providing recommendations to increase reach and engagement rates.
- Develop meaningful hypotheses and actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaborate across digital marketing teams and stakeholders to implement and enhance optimization initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
- Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
- Proficiency in analyzing Website and Social Media data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing to experiment with different elements on a website and landing page.
- Understanding of UX principles to enhance the user journey.
- Understanding of customer behavior to tailor optimization strategies that encourage conversions on web and social media.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with web testing tools like Sitecore Personalize.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to guide and support the team effectively.
- Has worked in a digital marketing role within the medical device areas
- Experience within the hearing market e.g. implantable hearing or hearing aid markets.
