About the role

  • Oversee execution of activities by contracts and technology partners focused on User Experience, ensuring that contracted service, resolution, and monitoring levels are being met.
  • Participate in the delivery of technology upgrade projects and identify infrastructure requirements to support business demands.
  • Serve as the Technology focal point for all technology matters at FEMSA units within the assigned region, and provide Level 3 support for high-impact incidents following Crisis Management best practices and ITIL processes.
  • Analyze performance indicators for contracts and managed environments, and manage the lifecycle of service contracts and infrastructure licensing.
  • Continuously pursue optimization, technological updates, and modernization of IT environments and tools used by FEMSA employees — including processes, procedures, controls, and metrics — to simplify use of these resources and minimize incidents or service interruptions.
  • Continually seek improvements in processes, procedures, controls, and metrics to simplify IT environment management and reduce the occurrence of incidents or service interruptions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Desired experience: 5 years providing IT support for complex operations
  • Technical knowledge: ITIL processes, cost management, Microsoft O365 solutions, videoconferencing solutions, general PC/microcomputer support, basic infrastructure concepts
  • Languages: Intermediate English and Spanish
