About the role
- Support the execution of corporate activities such as building and updating the Risk Matrix
- Support directed testing and self-assessments, and monitor audit findings
- Track actions to mitigate weaknesses identified in previous engagements
- Support the execution of local activities
- Follow up on the schedule for migrating Procedures to DocManager
- Assist in understanding and building mappings of local strategic and operational processes through flowcharts and specifications
- Process mapping and flowchart design
- Support and update procedures and specifications
- Perform data analysis to support assessments
- Support the update and execution of the Risk Matrix / Self-assessment / Directed Testing
- Monitor and support internal and external audit issues
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience in process mapping and risk and controls analysis
- Knowledge of Risk Matrices
- Experience performing control testing
- Flowchart creation
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Intermediate Spanish (desired) – Advanced Spanish is a plus
