About the role

  • Will act strategically, technically and analytically in the management of corporate benefits, responsible for studies, impact analyses, governance, financial efficiency and employee experience.
  • Serves as a consultative role and technical reference for the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), supporting the definition and maintenance of guidelines, policies and strategic decisions, in alignment with the Corporate COE in Mexico.
  • Focused on creating and analyzing metrics, structuring projects, business cases and strategic interface with vendors and internal areas, supporting decisions for specialists and leadership, with scope over Meal Voucher (VR), Food Allowance (VA), Transportation Voucher (VT), company shuttle, on-site cafeteria, Life Insurance, Job Car, childcare assistance and other corporate benefits.
  • Act as a strategic interface with vendors and internal areas, participating in negotiations and proposal analyses, providing technical support for decision-making aligned with the company and business strategy.
  • Support strategic management of the benefits portfolio, contributing to standardization, governance and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Perform technical and financial analyses of benefits (costs, trends, risks, opportunities and impacts).
  • Prepare feasibility studies, scenarios and business cases to support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze strategic benefits indicators (cost, utilization, efficiency, employee experience).
  • Support reviews and updates of corporate benefits policies, ensuring legal, financial and Total Rewards alignment.
  • Support audits, focusing on governance, controls and strategic evidence.
  • Produce executive reports, presentations and dashboards for leadership and decision-making forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in data-driven strategic analysis, metrics and projects, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar). Experience with budgeting, cost analysis and KPIs, as well as knowledge of benefits policies and applicable legislation.
  • Languages: Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
