Senior Director – FSOP Customer Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, create, and implement the vision and strategy for the FSOP Sales Team
- Provide direct leadership to the Wholesale, FLO, Compass, and LARTM Sales business segments
- Support the SVP of Sales, Operations
- Prepare, set, and execute a business plan
- Build strategies and plans to support the ongoing growth of the FSOP account base
- Ensure execution of strategy, business plans, and processes to achieve desired business results
- Collaborate and develop relationships with other internal functions, departments
- Oversee business planning, strategy development, and execution by analyzing business results
- Lead customer management activities through the facilitation of joint and individual calls
- Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results
- Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, teaching, and training
- Direct FSOP special projects and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years minimum experience
- 5 years of sales management experience
- Workforce planning
- Project Management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-Solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Lead and motivate a remote workforce
- Strategy and Execution
