About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to maintenance teams
  • Design, deliver and continuously improve specialized training programs on CIP systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in CIP technologies for CCSWB
  • Run and design field tests for automation initiatives
  • Develop root cause and technical failure analyses related to breakdowns in CIP equipment
  • Provide technical assistance before, during, and after major interventions in CIP equipment
  • Develop maintenance training material for CIP equipment
  • Maintain and update asset records of CIP equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in CIP equipment (Industrial projects or maintenance)
  • Knowledge of industrial codes and standards (ISO, OSHA, FDA)
  • Experience with technologies from OEMs such Krones, KHS, Tetra Pak or similar
  • Experience providing training (Industry or Academy)
  • Microsoft 365-Intermediate level
  • Microsoft Project – Intermediate level
  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D – Intermediate level
