Customer Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver business plan for assigned customers in defined geography
- Support Sr. Director of On Premise and drive profitable growth of accounts
- Lead and prepare contract negotiations in partnership with Sr. Director
- Develop relationships with customers to influence purchasing decisions
- Conduct business reviews with customers to identify needs and present solutions
- Identify volume trends and opportunities for new products
- Develop a plan for time spent in the market with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare business reviews and contract documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Collaborating for Value Training
- Bachelor’s degree College Degree Preferred (Business Management, or Administration)
