Distribution Center Administrator
Coca-Cola Canada Bottling LimitedPerforming clerical duties in the Distribution Center of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, payroll processing, and providing support for sales and HR.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures
- Phone/Reception
- Enter call in orders/hotshots (immediate orders)
- Copying, laminating and distributing
- RS02 file maintenance (driver data in route accounting system)
- Coupon tracking
- Create and maintain Track/Rank/Publish boards as required
- Customer Accounts Receivable research
- Sales Center Charge back
- Customer mail check requests (validation)
- NSF Review and tracking
- Notification to sales
- Drafting credit memos and invoice corrections
- New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding
- Collection, review and dissemination of original new hire paperwork
- Serves as local Chain of Custody Coordinator for Drug Test Program
- Prints and posts Open Requisition reports/Job Opportunity listings
- Process and transmit weekly payroll within time deadlines and audit requirements
- Maintain and update LCC codes/hour transfers in timekeeping system
- Monitor Kronos (timekeeping) and payroll activities
- Security door maintenance and programming
- Maintain visitor log and badges
- Coordinate employee/facility events including catering and meeting room set up
- Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, copying, telephone, etc.
- Schedule conference rooms
- Provide admin support to Sales Center Manager and other leaders as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment required
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint or related experience
- POS, Cash handling, Administrative and Data Entry experience preferred
- Some college preferred
- 2-5 years experience in automated office environment required
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
- Accurate data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
- Can pass credit, criminal and drug screening
- Must have flexible schedule
