About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the full recruitment lifecycle process.
- Work with the TA Business Partners and TA Managers to ensure goals are being met.
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry level and high-volume positions from job posting through onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on available role and organizational needs.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates from a large pool of applicants.
- Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and hiring materials.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- Ability to independently own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for both non-exempt and exempt positions.
- Consult with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies and tactics to source, screen and select a highly talented and diverse workforce in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner.
- Utilize the latest web-based knowledge, recruiting channels and social media platforms to source candidates.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
