About the role
- Responsible for leading, directing, and developing assigned Account Developers
- Foster key customer relationships and cross-functional partnerships
- Accountable for safety, quality, volume, and revenue generation
- Teach, train, and coach Account Developers on maximising sales and profitability
- Manage the timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to maximize sales, profitability, and grow market share
- Develop sales plans and set district goals
- Communicate company goals and deadlines to team members
