- Responsible for general clerical duties in the Fleet Department
- Organization of incoming data
- Maintaining computerized fleet analysis by keeping Maximo records current and accurate
- Prepare parts reports
- Work order input
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files
- Prepare accounts payable submissions to Shared Services
- Maintain A/P vendor list

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) years of computer experience required
