About the role

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization to achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals
  • Own go-to-market execution, sales strategy, pipeline velocity, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Field Sales Execution with full responsibility for sales execution in all local, regional and national accounts in Pennsylvania and South Jersey area
  • Own the revenue number and develop quarterly and annual sales plans aligned to company goals
  • Track KPIs including pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ARR/Bookings, churn/renewals
  • Manage relationships with all sales accounts and provide feedback to national customer teams
  • Drive collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution

Requirements

  • BS/BA (or equivalent work experience)
  • MS/MA/MBA (or equivalent) preferred
  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading a sales team
  • Proven CPG sales leader dealing directly with Operations VPs
  • CMA selling experience is required
  • Passionate, results-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic
  • Proven leader able to effectively lead and motivate his/her direct team while building relationships in a matrix organization
  • Change agent thriving in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • 5+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Beverage category experience preferred
  • Experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred
