About the role
- Lead the analysis of all marketing campaign performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing insights that drive business growth
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, providing analytical insights to support decision-making
- Develop channel, customer, and user segment insights to understand opportunities for campaign targeting
- Lead the development of A/B testing scenarios to optimize campaign performance
- Serves as the representative for Consolidated on system digital data & analytics routines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 through up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in analytical tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, PowerBi, Tableau, and R
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and concise messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
