About the role
- Managing service and growth within territory and portfolio of accounts
- Coordinating projects with vendors
- Generating work orders related to ERS – repair, installation, and preventative maintenance orders
- Validating invoice information and billing customers
- Creation of quotes on different equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- Direct billing and/or customer management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to create and maintain vendor relationships
- Ability to use and understand billing software (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc.)
- MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency
