About the role
- Execute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules
- Coordinate the collection of product samples in preparation for sensory tests performed by panelists
- Perform external and internal sanitation on production lines
- Maintain and calibrate all lab equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience
- Familiar with High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) Technology
- Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques
- Basic computer skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
