About the role
- Identify opportunities within the on-premise channel
- Maximize profitable sales opportunities by understanding complexities of the channel
- Sell customer plans including annual CMA's and promotional plans
- Evaluate outlet opportunities and assist customers in reaching sales potential
- Propose appropriate brands, packages, and equipment to satisfy customer needs
- Develop customized business plans addressing customer/channel needs
- Collaborate with customers to develop strategic plans that generate desired results
- Execute channel and customer promotions leveraging national brand ideas
- Sell-in and implement promotional strategies for new brands and packages
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Conduct post-promotional analysis measuring success levels of promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in consumer goods industry
- Minimum of 2 years in consumer products or direct store delivery sales
- Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price and package for retail customers
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills
- Above average computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Bilingual ability preferred (Spanish)
- Experience managing budgets
