About the role

  • Driving the strategic agenda and capabilities for an entire Channel, Customer group
  • Overseeing projects of the multi-year development and vision of the RGM department
  • Creating transparency of performance insights and actions to all stakeholders
  • Collaborating with field and customer teams
  • Maintaining accountability for the delivery of the annual Revenue, Rate, and Profit plan for CCCI
  • Creating customer value
  • Directing RGM Strategy Design and Implementation initiatives that maximize revenue
  • Leading administration of frequent analysis on market initiatives and presenting results, solutions, and recommendations to Sr. Management
  • Coordinating performance summaries and post-event ROI analytics
  • Directing maintenance channel and customer guardrails and pricing guidelines
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders on diverse set Revenue impacting topics
  • Identifying pricing opportunities and working collaboratively with teams
  • Leading training and development activities through education and on-boarding the RGM team
  • Motivating teams to achieve performance metrics and fostering passion through effective communication
  • Driving process improvement and efficiencies across the RGM department
  • Engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of work experience
  • Strong Project Management and communication skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking under high-pressure situations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Data management and data manipulation across Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and in-house systems
  • High understanding of Pricing and RGM principles
  • Experience within the CPG industry preferred
  • Experience leading teams and managing others with a demonstrable strategic analysis portfolio
  • Attention to detail and strong self-motivated follow-up skills are a must-have.
