About the role
- Establishes and maintains management and communication routines with field sales to achieve full execution of sold programming
- Successful deployment and maintenance of our new Walmart One Best Way process and associated tools
- Shoulder-to-shoulder Walmart sales and process coaching with ADs and DSMs
- Establishes and manages weekly RSA communication routines to improve Walmart engagement and execution with Fields Sales Teams
- Review execution-based reporting and drive improvement across key Walmart & CCCI KPIs
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years working in the CPG Industry
- Sales experience calling on retailers
- Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Responsive customer service skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Influential leadership, cross-functional relationship building
