About the role
- Responsible for the direct management and leadership for an assigned sales Market
- Leads the direction, execution, and reporting of outcomes to management
- Identifies opportunities, establishes goals and objectives
- Manages business changes and ensures new program benefits are obtained
- Coaches and trains District Sales Managers to deliver results
- Fosters a fun, results-driven environment
- Owns customer service and relationships with key customers for successful execution
- Defines Look of Success (LOS) and ensures understanding among team members
- Delivers operating plan by managing all relevant activities
- Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus
Requirements
- 7 years progressive management experience in soft drink, beverage industry or related industry strongly preferred
- Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High School diploma required, college degree strongly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven leadership ability, personnel management skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
