About the role
- Responsible for the delivery and merchandising of company products
- Provides coaching, teaching, training, and leadership to Delivery Supervisors
- Collaborates with Warehouse Managers to ensure proper loading of products
- Monitors Operational Expenses
- Ensures execution of the RED process
- Leads a team of Delivery Supervisors to achieve budget and customer focus
- Promotes safety culture and oversees compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years with CCCI or equivalent in beverage distribution industry
- Minimum 3-5 years of knowledge of CCCI business practices applicable to the role
- 5-7 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate initiatives into actions
- Proven experience in change management
- Ability to create a culture of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP
