About the role
- Accountable for the delivery and merchandising of company products to customers
- Provides coaching, teaching, training, and leadership to Delivery Supervisors
- Works closely with Sr. Director of Retail Sales and Area Sales Managers
- Collaborates with Warehouse Managers to ensure proper product loading
- Monitors Operational Expenses and ensure budget achievement
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years with CCCI or equivalent in beverage distribution industry
- Minimum 3-5 years of knowledge of CCCI business practices applicable to the role
- 5-7 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in change management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
