About the role
- Accountable for the delivery and merchandising of company products to customers
- Provides coaching, teaching, training, and leadership to the Delivery Supervisors
- Works closely with the Sr. Director of Retail Sales and Area Sales Managers
- Collaborates with Warehouse Managers to ensure all products are loaded properly for delivery
- Monitors Operational Expenses and ensures that the teams are achieving budget
- Ensures Internal Control metrics and processes are reviewed and in compliance
- Directs, leads, and motivates a team of Delivery Supervisors
- Promotes and fosters a safety culture built to ensure safety for all employees
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years with CCCI or equivalent in beverage distribution industry
- Minimum 3-5 years of knowledge of CCCI business practices applicable to the role
- 5-7 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate initiatives into actions
- Proven experience in change management
- Ability to create a culture of accountability
- Must be able to exhibit financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP
- Must be able to lift and merchandise products up to 75 pounds
