About the role
- Develop and execute the IT strategic plan in alignment with the company's overall strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management and business units
- Oversee the execution of strategic IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality
- Assess and allocate resources (budget, personnel, and technology) effectively to support strategic IT initiatives
- Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners and vendors
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact IT initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or Marketing preferred)
- Knowledge Acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of experience
