About the role
- Provide exceptional in-bakery customer experience and build relationships with regular customers
- Merchandize products and execute marketing campaigns
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist production, including learning baking tasks
- Work as part of a small team to deliver fresh baked goods
- Assist with customer transactions and product service as needed

- No experience necessary; right attitude and willingness to learn

- Team player who is approachable and likes working with people
- Relevant retail experience and experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions is a strong asset
- Physical requirements: continuous standing/walking; constant use of both hands; frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg; occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level
