About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist internal and external customers with COBRA and Direct Bill related inquiries.
  • Review and understand new and existing Federal COBRA laws and regulations as they relate to our customers and clients.
  • Processing Enrollments, Elections for our COBRA and Direct Bill members.
  • Processing COBRA and Direct Bill premium payments.
  • Request and process COBRA and Direct Bill renewal rates and plan changes.
  • Assist in Client’s Implementation and Open enrollments.
  • Perform Audits on COBRA and Direct Bill changes and accounts.
  • Review and properly execute COBRA appeals for reinstatement.
  • Provide professional and quality services to our clients.
  • Aid in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge or familiarity with medical terminology helpful
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, and collaborate with multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and proven ability to adapt to new software systems.
