About the role

  • Accurately compute Staff / Non-Staff incentive calculations according to the relevant incentive schemes.
  • Upload KPI data to the required software systems accurately and on time.
  • Work effectively with SAP, Colour Stitch, SEDO Master, Microsoft Access Databases, etc.
  • Maintain and utilize advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Implement 6S & Lean practices throughout the organization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and update the Daily Meeting Dashboard accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and maintain high data accuracy standards.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Colour Stitch, SEDO Master, and Access Databases is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of 6S & Lean concepts.
  • High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in Industrial Engineering, Work Study, or Data Management will be an advantage.
  • Power BI software development will be additional advantage.
