About the role

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Support identification of new customers, market segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Execute action plans to drive revenue, volume, and profitability objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Support key account management through effective coordination of orders and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, production planning, and delivery.
  • Handle routine customer issues and service requests and escalate as required.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support achievement of order fulfillment KPIs while maintaining process efficiency.
  • Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely reconciliation.
  • Support adherence to company credit policies to minimize financial risk.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and product trends.
  • Prepare and share basic sales reports and updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Support collaboration with local and global account teams to execute aligned business development plans.

Requirements

  • Graduate preferably from reputed business institution
  • 2+ years inline experience, MNC preferred, fresher are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong background in account/sales management
  • Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
