- Take ownership of a major WA customer network across construction, mining, and government sectors
- Build lasting partnerships and lead strategic account growth with the support of local teams
- Proactively embed yourself within customer businesses to understand their challenges
- Develop and execute account growth plans and customer engagement strategies
- Identify and act on new project opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
- Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries
- Self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Tendering and contract management experience
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans
- Appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships
