About the role
- Responsible for leading a team of software engineers/developers (front end, back end or full stack)
- Provides strategic direction and leads technical execution
- Ensures the successful delivery of project work
- Leverage deep expertise to contribute to coding activity where appropriate
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in relevant stack (front end/back end/full stack) development
- 2+ years’ experience in people leadership
- 4+ years’ experience in web solution design
- Development of unit and end-to-end tests
- Management, deployment and scaling of cloud-based services
- Advanced LEAN qualifications advantageous
