About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads a small team to ensure efficient execution of transportation, warehousing, and 3PL operations across NAM
Responsible for coordinating with 3PLs and carriers to deliver high service levels
Ensures cost efficiency, compliance, and operational reliability
Drives KPI performance tracking and continuous process improvement
Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance
This role will be traveling 1 week a month to Chicago

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 - 7 years experience in a logistic role that employs the use of 3PL warehouses
Strong influential and interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft suite – particularly Excel
Must be a self-starter, highly self-motivated, able to work pro-actively, unsupervised and on own initiative
Extensive knowledge of Logistics & Transport providers across North America
Proven experience at reporting on logistical outcomes, creation and management of KPI’s both internally and with external 3PL warehouses.
Must be a flexible all-rounder capable of leading exceptionally from a warehouse floor to a national daily operations program.
