💰 $105,600 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects including requirements gathering, milestone planning, technical solutioning, documentation, execution, and final delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client-facing technical projects, helping to set expectations around scope and timeline and re-prioritizing as needed.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Engineering, Content, Ops/DevOps, Deployment etc.) and client teams to coordinate seamless execution.
  • Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and resolve project roadblocks with minimal impact.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
  • Leverage Jira, Confluence, and Asana project dashboards to provide project visibility and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes to drive continuous improvement and scalability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, with technical or digital project experience.
  • Technical background or understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and software deployment practices.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Content Management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with API-based software integrations (preferred).
