About the role

  • Lead and develop the Product organization
  • Own the overall effectiveness of Coates’ Product operating model
  • Partner with the client and Account Management to understand business priorities
  • Establish and enforce consistent standards for intake quality
  • Provide executive oversight for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between Product Discovery and Product Delivery
  • Maintain strong expertise in Coates’ product and solution capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement across Product practices
  • Oversee talent development, team capacity planning, organizational structure, and budget
  • Support client-facing adoption and engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, or client-facing software delivery roles
  • 6+ years of experience leading and scaling cross-functional product organizations
  • Proven ability to align client business needs with product execution
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with executive client stakeholders
  • Comfort leading in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Deep experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle governance
