About the role
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth
- Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights
- Leverage automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors
- Partner with Sales, Finance, BTS, and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service
- Act as the LTO subject matter expert and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies
- Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Miro, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Support financial operations with data-driven insights and accurate revenue reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement
- Strong coaching and accountability skills
- Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree preferred
