About the role
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth.
- Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence.
- Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, BTS, and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Miro, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement.
- Strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce); bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
