About the role

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth
  • Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time
  • Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights
  • Leverage automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, BTS, and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service
  • Act as the LTO subject matter expert and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies
  • Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Miro, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Support financial operations with data-driven insights and accurate revenue reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement
  • Strong coaching and accountability skills
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
