About the role
- Lead a team of software engineers/developers (front end, back end or full stack)
- Provide strategic direction and lead technical execution
- Ensure successful delivery of project work
- Contribute to coding activity where appropriate
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in full stack development (React, Node, TypeScript)
- 2+ years’ experience in people leadership
- 4+ years’ experience in web solution design
- Development of unit and end-to-end tests
- Management, deployment and scaling of cloud-based services (Lambda/RDS on AWS)
- Advanced LEAN qualifications advantageous
