About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process routine legal orders (bankruptcies, levies, garnishments, etc.) with supervision.
Perform basic research in internal systems to identify the associated BaaS partner.
Distribute time‑sensitive notifications to BaaS partners in accordance with SLAs with supervision.
Escalate incomplete, unclear, or non‑standard documents.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and bank policy requirements.
Provide customer service in accordance with Coastal’s Core Values.
Because we are a rapidly changing organization, there will be other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow defined procedures and meet deadlines
Basic research and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work and collaborate effectively with team members in a fully remote and fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use new systems and tools effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
0–1 year of banking, operations, or administrative experience preferred
