About the role
- Administering psycho-social screenings/assessments
- Coordinating linkage to behavioral health treatment as well as medical, educational, and vocational services as needed
- Providing ongoing professional care management services for the justice-involved population
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a human services or related field
- Preference given to individuals with North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness-based concepts
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and similar platforms
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and remote collaboration tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom, etc.)
