Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the organization's corporate planning process
Manage various projects and initiatives supporting effective delivery of business solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate planning sessions
Monitor project performance and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Develop detailed plans to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Provide effective leadership to the project team
Oversee stakeholder management and communication for each initiative

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma requiring 3-4 years of full-time study or equivalent combination of education and experience
A PMP (Project Management Professional) credential designation and/or equivalent combination of experience and education such as project management graduate certificate would be an asset
Minimum of 3 years of project/portfolio management experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including implementation of projects
Proven experience in facilitating and leading groups and/or teams of executive level positions
Experience supporting the development of strategic and annual operating plans is an asset
