About the role

  • Serve as a strategic sales leader and subject-matter expert within the Treasury Management Department.
  • Drive individual production while providing leadership and mentorship to Treasury Management Relationship Specialists.
  • Partner closely with Retail and Commercial leadership to drive sustainable growth.
  • Shape treasury management strategy, elevating sales effectiveness, and ensuring consistent delivery of Coastal products and services.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of complex, high-value treasury management relationships.
  • Act as a visible ambassador for Coastal within the business community through networking, events, and industry involvement.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Treasury Management services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Management, treasury services, business development or commercial banking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to support business growth and process improvement initiatives.
  • CTP accreditation preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of Treasury Management products (ACH, Wires, RDC, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Credit Card Processing, etc.).
  • High proficiency in banking systems, Treasury Management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
