About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge and help with the selection of firearms.
React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance.
Follow strict adherence and compliance to all ATF, Federal, State and Local firearm rules and regulations.
Ensure proper completion of federal form 4473 and any applicable state forms.
Sell merchandise and provide Premier Customer Service.
Replenish stock and maintain merchandise in a neat and presentable condition.
Maintain record of sales and balance till at the end of the shift.
Conduct daily count of on-site firearms to ensure accurate control.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Potential to stock merchandise, assist patrons and operate a cash register as shown by the ability to read, comprehend and explain product literature;
Knowledgeable in firearms
Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred: Previous retail merchandising experience.
Current Seller ID per FFL (Federal Firearms License) process
