About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge and help with the selection of firearms.
  • React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance.
  • Follow strict adherence and compliance to all ATF, Federal, State and Local firearm rules and regulations.
  • Ensure proper completion of federal form 4473 and any applicable state forms.
  • Sell merchandise and provide Premier Customer Service.
  • Replenish stock and maintain merchandise in a neat and presentable condition.
  • Maintain record of sales and balance till at the end of the shift.
  • Conduct daily count of on-site firearms to ensure accurate control.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Potential to stock merchandise, assist patrons and operate a cash register as shown by the ability to read, comprehend and explain product literature;
  • Knowledgeable in firearms
  • Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Preferred: Previous retail merchandising experience.
  • Current Seller ID per FFL (Federal Firearms License) process
