About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervises the Guest House Attendants and Leads to include assigning and distributing work
  • Observing work progress, production, adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees
  • Approving and disapproving leave, recommending personnel actions, providing input on performance reviews and approving time & attendance
  • Training employees and recommending awards and discipline as necessary
  • Interviews applicants and makes selections of new employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Required is prior work experience that provided the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess good customer service skills
  • Responsible work experience in the hospitality industry that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties stated above with minimal supervision.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
