About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and teach undergraduate college-level financial literacy and planning courses in the Management Department
- Address issues in a timely manner demonstrating excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Work independently, lead projects and collaborate with team members
- Utilize superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attend the West Point Lab for Economic Security and provide end-of-semester reports on cadet performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in business administration or a closely related field
- At least one (1) year of teaching experience
- AACSB accredited degree (preferred)
- College-level teaching experience (preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of work experience in the field of finance (preferred)
- Experience with Process-Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) (preferred)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification (preferred)
