About the role
- Process and review payroll, vacation payouts, terminations, 13th salary (annual bonus), and statutory filings (eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, RAIS, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with current labor and social security legislation.
- Perform reconciliation and settlement of social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
- Advise clients on onboarding, offboarding, and electronic timekeeping management.
- Prepare management reports and support internal and external audits.
- Act consultatively with clients, identifying opportunities to improve payroll/personnel processes.
- Monitor updates to labor legislation and disseminate best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in Personnel/Payroll, preferably within an accounting office.
- Experience with Alterdata systems, eSocial, and integrated payroll platforms.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
- Good communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
