Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a valid provincial general insurance license (or are willing to obtain one) and meet ongoing licensing and continuing education requirements
- Have experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
- Have experience running your own business
- Have a background in financial services, banking, B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Have worked in client-facing advisory or relationship-management roles where trust and credibility matter
- Are a business owner, entrepreneur, or community-based sales professional who thrives on autonomy and long-term growth
