About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate impactful workshops, leadership programs, and learning initiatives that build capability and engagement across the CRS.
  • Deliver training using diverse delivery methods including VILT & in-person offerings to learners at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and strong partnerships.
  • Ensure learning content & delivery methods remain current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting the needs of the CRS.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business or education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have experience in applying adult learning principles (considered an asset).
