About the role
- Guide the development of CRS marketing strategies and materials for digital and traditional channels, ensuring materials are relevant to current industry and market trends.
- Equip local Co-ops with essential tools, resources, and guidance to deliver effective, market-driven campaigns.
- Lead the creation of personalized, targeted customer experiences and loyalty initiatives that drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Steward the growth of the CRS brand to reflect purpose, values, and market differentiation while maintaining local relevance.
- Lead senior managers and professionals to ensure consistent brand alignment and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing and marketing technology.
- Have experience leading a team of direct reports.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
- Have experience with cooperative advertising programs.
