About the role
- Shape our long-term marketing vision, ensuring strategies that align with organizational goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with commodity leaders to design integrated programs that increase revenue and market share across sectors.
- Support local Co-ops with tools and resources that enable successful execution of marketing programs.
- Lead the development of B2B, B2C, and B2F marketing plans and omni-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand alignment throughout.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on consumer and retail marketing.
- Experience leading a team of direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
- Experience with cooperative advertising programs.
