About the role
- Works with Faculty Development team to ensure smooth content delivery of Coach Training Pathway courses
- Helps design and create the process around iteration of product timelines and other product elements to fit current market demands for the duration of the contract, in service of current market needs.
- Works closely with the Learning Designer to iterate and update online learning spaces for Coach Training Pathway.
- Participates in relevant cross-functional and design working sessions & meetings to gain context, inform their work, and alignment on active projects
- Understands ICF requirements, and pays attention to how CTI is integrating these competencies into our design work.
- Iteration, feedback, helping tighten things up from MVP state to a more solidified product
- Going to all meetings for all specific teams representing Product
- Going through everything on the coach training path that is student or faculty-facing, making suggestions to improve educational delivery
- Communicate Co-Active experience towards different stakeholders in the business
Requirements
- CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach)
- Exposure to User experience design
- Experience in the coach training space or Learning & Development space
- Experience owning products from ideation to creation
- Experience working in ambiguous environment
